Welcome! I am Max Bondatti and this is my personal website.

ABOUT

I have been a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Finance at CUNEF University (Spain) since September 2024. 

My research interests are:

• Asset Pricing;

• Commodity Markets;

• Empirical Macro-finance;

• Financial Intermediaries.

I received a Ph.D. in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics (Portugal). During the Ph.D, I was a Visiting Scholar at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and the IU Kelley School of Business (USA). I earned a QTEM M.Sc. in Economics and Finance from LUISS University (Italy), with exchange semesters at Monash Business School (Australia) and BI Norwegian Business School (Norway), as well as a B.Sc. in Economics and Management from LUISS University. 

My hobbies include playing basketball, padel, skiing, and exploring restaurants.
